When Rodriguez finally arrived at the ACC Shelter in Brooklyn, Hickory’s excitement was undeniable, as he nearly jumped through the kennel door to greet his rescuer. Rodriguez knew they were destined to be together. After completing the paperwork, the pair began their trip to their new home in Georgia.
