In Thailand’s Phetchabun Province, rescuers came across a homeless dog struggling under the weight of a massive tumor, barely able to move due to the pain.
The dog had suffered with this growing tumor for so long that no one offered help when it became unbearable.
Rescuers embarked on a six-hour journey, covering 455.5 kilometers from Phetchabun to Pattaya, to get her the urgent medical care she needed.
The large tumor on her abdomen had destroyed her quality of life, forcing her to survive on the streets without food.
One month after a successful surgery to remove the tumor, her wounds have healed, and her condition has improved dramatically.
Now, she’s learning to walk again and adjusting to life with just three legs, but her spirit remains strong as she begins her new chapter of recovery.
