Fahruddin Kaki Bravo, the compassionate founder of the Bosnian rescue organization Save Stray Animals, came across a heart-wrenching sight while approaching the shelter—a tiny, miserable puppy lying helplessly by the side of the road. Despite having rescued countless animals, this puppy’s plight struck a deep chord in Kaki’s heart.
The frightened puppy, later named Goldie, attempted to flee but couldn’t due to injuries to his back legs. Desperate to escape, he dragged his lower body into hiding behind a bush. Kaki, determined to help, gently approached Goldie, speaking softly to reassure him. After some effort, he managed to calm the terrified pup and carefully cradled him in his arms.
Goldie’s Struggle for Survival
Kaki took Goldie to the vet immediately, knowing the little pup had suffered for too long. On the way to the clinic, Kaki let Goldie sit on his lap, providing the puppy with comfort and security.
